Regulations

1.Thematic classes/tours at the Jan Potocki Center for Traditional Education take place from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
2. The duration of meetings is not strictly defined, usually ranging from 45 to 90 minutes. If there is a need to shorten the activities, please inform the instructor before the start of the meeting.
3. In case of cancellation of ordered activities, please provide urgent notification by phone – at least two days before the activities.
4. The Museum reserves the right to cancel activities for important reasons. Instead, we set a new date, trying to adjust it to the group’s needs.
5. Please arrive punctually with your group at the appointed time. In the event of a group delay of more than 5 minutes, the activities will be shortened by the appropriate number of minutes or even canceled.
6. Payments should be made directly at the main Museum ticket office (Manege, 3 Maja Street 10) directly before the activities.
7. Up to 25 people and two caregivers can participate in educational activities at once.
8. Two caregivers are entitled to free entry; additional persons must purchase a ticket at the price of educational activities.

Rules during visits to the Jan Potocki Center for Traditional Education

1.We conduct activities exclusively with groups previously arranged.
2. For convenience, freedom of movement, and safety, outerwear and all bags, umbrellas, and backpacks should be left in the cloakroom.
3. It is the responsibility of the caregivers to stay with the group throughout the activities.
4. Caregivers are responsible for the behavior of their students.
5. We recommend using pencils for note-taking.
6. Photographic documentation can only be taken with the agreement of the instructor and in a way that does not distract the students.
7. Posed photos are not allowed during activities.
8. Eating and drinking are not allowed during activities, except for those whose health situation requires it.
