The Łańcut Castle Museum undertakes to ensure that the website of the Jan Potocki Traditions Education Centre in Łańcut is accessible in accordance with the provisions of the Digital Accessibility of Public Entities’ Websites and Mobile Applications Act of 4 April 2019.

Facilitation

The website has the option to include a high contrast option, to change the font size to a larger one and to present the content in Polish Sign Language.

Declaration of accessibility of Łańcut Castle Museum

Architectural accessibility Traditions Education Centre, Łańcut Castle Museum (CET) Orangery, Dressage Hall.

Car parks

The museum does not have its own dedicated car parks.

Car parks, including those with designated spaces for people with disabilities, are located within the town.
The buildings of the Traditions Education Centre are located within Castle Park (see the description of the buildings for details).
Access to both CET sites is via level park pathways with clearly defined edges. The rainwater drains running across parts of the pathways, made of clinker bricks, can possibly be a hindrance.
Tickets can be purchased online via the CET website and at the Museum Ticket Office located in the Riding School building at ul 3 Maja 10. The site is located outside the Park and access to the site requires crossing a public road. The gate leading to the Riding School is opposite the gate leading to the Park.
Tickets for tours can also be purchased directly from the Orangery and the Dressage buildings.

Orangery

Access to the Orangery is via the main (west) bridge. Then head right to the building standing perpendicular to the Castle.
The main entrance to the Orangery is on the shorter side of the building, by the columns.
A historic staircase and a fixed ramp for wheelchairs lead to the entrance. The stairs and ramp have no handrails. There is sufficient manoeuvring space in front of the entrance. A museum employee is on permanent duty at the door, inside the building.
Exhibitions in the building are housed on two floors, with a cloakroom located in the basement.
All floors in the building are connected by a passenger lift and staircase.
There are toilets next to the cloakroom.
It is possible to hire an orthopaedic wheelchair on site.
It is possible to enter the building and all its rooms with an assistance dog and a guide dog.
There is an audioguide available in the building with three types of recordings: simplified description, audiodescription, Polish Sign Language.

Dressage Hall

Access to the Dressage Hall via the park pathways towards the tennis courts
and Orchid House and the gate leading to the Stables and Coach House.
From the fork, a pathway leads directly to the door of the building. There is a bench in front of the door where you can rest and wait for the tour. A museum employee is on permanent duty at the door, inside the building.
Exhibitions in the building are located on two levels 0 and -1. The levels are connected by a staircase and a wheelchair lift.
The cloakroom and an adapted toilet are located on level – 1. A changing table for young children is available in the adapted toilet.
It is possible to enter the building and all its rooms with an assistance dog and a guide dog.
