Regulations
- thematic activities/visits in the Traditions Education Centre take place from Monday to Friday from 9:00- 12:00.
- The duration of the meetings is not rigidly defined, usually ranging from 45 to 90 minutes. If it is necessary to shorten the class, please let the instructor know before the start.
- In case of cancellation of booked classes, please inform us urgently by phone – two days before the class at the latest.
- The Museum reserves the right to cancel classes for important reasons. Instead, we will set a new date, trying to adapt to the needs of the group.
- Please have your group arrive at the designated time. If a group is more than 5 minutes late, the class will be shortened by the appropriate number of minutes or even cancelled.
- Payments should be made directly to the main ticket office of the museum (Manege, ul. 3-maja 10) immediately before the class.
- Up to 25 people and two accompanying persons may participate in the classes at any one time.
- Two persons accompanying the group are admitted free of charge, others must purchase a ticket at the price of the educational class.
Rules to be observed during a visit to the Traditions Education Centre
- We only run classes with pre-arranged groups.
- For your convenience, freedom of movement and safety, you should leave your outer garments and any bags, umbrellas and rucksacks in the cloakroom.
- It is the responsibility of accompanying persons to stay with the group for the entire duration of the class.
- Accompanying persons are responsible for the behaviour of their pupils.
- Pencils are recommended for taking notes.
- Photographs may only be taken in agreement with the instructor and so as not to distract pupils. No posed photographs are allowed during classes.
- Eating and drinking is not allowed during classes, except for persons whose health situation requires it.
