On December 9 the Museum organized a culinary workshop Secrets of gingerbread decorating for a group of fifteen students of the Medical Center in Łańcut. As part of the activities, the participants learned the secret of old Polish gingerbread dough, the ingredients of gingerbread spice, which they could make themselves. Under the supervision of a prąofessional chef, Mr. Piotr Jenczalik, students decorated baked gingerbread using various decorating techniques. The workshop was organized as part of the implementation of the grant project “Key-accessibility program of the Museum – Castle in Łańcut” financed under the project “Culture without barriers”.
